How to use:
Simply tape or clip your backdrop to a wall or backdrop stand, or lay it flat on a table surface. For upright shots, we recommend securing it with bulldog clips and foam boards for support. Lightweight and portable — easy to use in any shoot setup.  

How to clean:
Gently wipe with a slightly damp cloth to remove dust or light marks. Avoid soaking or using harsh chemicals, as this may lift the ink. Always store flat or rolled to prevent creasing. Over time, general wear and tear may occur — to extend the life of your backdrops, avoid dragging or scraping items across the surface, and steer clear of foods or props that could stain.

Shipping & Dispatch
We understand that photoshoots are often time-sensitive, and we aim to dispatch all backdrops from our Brisbane warehouse within 2 business days. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed, as transit duration is out of our control once your order has been dispatched. We ship via DHL and Australia Post. Please allow extra time during peak periods or sale events.

Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred by their local authorities. These charges are not included in your order. 

Refunds & Replacements
All backdrops are made to order and therefore we do not accept refunds for change of mind. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery and include clear photos of the affected items. We’ll organise a refund or replacement promptly.

Please note:
Propsyland backdrops are water-resistant, making them easy to clean and ideal for everyday use. Some gradient designs may show a visible grain as part of the intended texture. Colour may vary slightly from screen to print due to monitor differences and printing processes. If you're shooting with strobes, we recommend selecting darker colours to reduce light bounce and achieve more accurate results.
