We want you to love your order, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final once your order is placed.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
- Email us at hello@thecreativescoop.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
Once your claim is assessed and approved, we’ll offer you:
- A replacement item (if available), or
- A full refund to your original payment method
Return Shipping
If your return is approved, we’ll cover any return shipping costs associated with the exchange or refund.
